Spirit Fitness Studio to Hold Free Exercise Event in Whatfield

Spirit Fitness Studio is delighted to offer residents in Whatfield and the surrounding villages the opportunity to try Kettlercise, PiYo, Insanity, P90X, Bodybalance, Mandukya Yoga and a range of other fitness classes at a special free event being held at Whatfield Village Hall on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th August.

Following on from the success of their June open day, Spirit Fitness Studio will be running 30 – 45 minute classes from 9am to noon on Friday 5th and from 8am until 1pm on Saturday 6th August.

Fitness classes for the whole community

Spirit Fitness Studio runs classes six days a week at the Hadleigh Scout Hall and owner Hannah Marshall, who took over the business from Tracey Crawley on 1st July, is excited about the organisation’s impact in Hadleigh and the wider community. “We now work with well over 100 clients a month,” she says.

As a mum of four, Hannah understands how difficult it can be for parents to find time for exercise so Spirit Fitness Studios invites parents to bring their children along to classes.

Hannah is also keen to reach out to vulnerable members of the community. “We have helped people suffering with depression, anxiety and body image issues to enjoy the amazing benefits of exercise,” she says.

For more information or to reserve a free space at the open days or Hadleigh classes email help@spiritfitnessstudio.com or call Hannah on 07808 163455.
